Unfortunately, after the C-section, due to a sudden low blood pressure issue, one of the blood vessels ruptured, leading to severe and uncontrolled bleeding. The situation became extremely critical.Despite limited resources and infrastructure, including the absence of an in-house blood bank at LYF Hospital and delays in arranging blood, Dr. Rishangi remained calm, focused, and decisive. She immediately coordinated with senior and top doctors, took timely medical decisions, and worked relentlessly to control the bleeding and stabilize my wife.Her presence of mind, clinical judgment, and leadership in such a life-threatening emergency truly saved my wife’s life.
